Organization is a social entity with a well-defined value orientation,an elaborate organizational structure,a coordinated process of activities,and a close relationship with the outside.Organization architecture as the organization's process operation,departmental settings and functions of the basic basis and guide,in essence,can be attributed to complex system problems.As an effective method to solve the problem of complex organizational structure,architectural methods have attracted much attention in academia and industry.This paper focuses on the three problems of unified design modeling,visual 3D display,and comprehensive deduction simulation,and through the combination of architecture theory and object process method(OPM),it realizes the unified description and analysis of the organization structure,organizational relationship,function,business process of complex organization.In order to assist the organization designers,especially those lacking the domain knowledge,it is necessary to intuitively grasp the elements and their relations and the internal laws of the organization,and propose a three-dimensional visualization method of organization architecture.The organization and decision-makers of the lack of professional knowledge are intuitively acquainted with the various elements of the organization and their relationship and the inherent law,and the three-dimensional visualization method of organizational structure is proposed.Structure analysis and optimization needs,put forward a complex organization structure simulation deduction analysis method.Aiming at the need of analysis and optimization of organization structure,a simulation and deduction analysis method of complex organization structure is proposed.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the method of US Pacific Theater Organization.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)The modeling method of complex organization architecture based on OPMBased on the new system engineering modeling method OPM(Object Process Methodology),draws on DODAF,TOGAF,FEA and other architectures and proposes the complex organization architecture design ideas and architectural modeling methods,the establishment of organization architecture Meta-model and OPM Model of organization architecture based on Meta-model.(2)Data-driven 3D visualization methodIn order to solve the problem of organization architecture,a data-driven 3D visualization method is presented.According to the data of OPM model,the method can automatically generate three-dimensional view,which is used to display the 3D structure of the organization architecture.The algorithm of "three-dimensional organization tower" in three-dimensional space and the algorithm of "three-dimensional lane map" in three-dimensional space are also studied.(3)Architecture deduction and simulation analysis methodAiming at the need of analysis and optimization of organization structure,this paper puts forward a complicated organization structure simulation and deduction analysis method including OPM model running inspection,3D visualization deduction analysis and business process simulation optimization,which solves the problem of organization structure check and optimization.(4)Analysis of the organization architecture of US Pacific TheaterBased on the case of US Pacific Theater Organization,this paper presents a demonstration study on the complex organizational structure design and 3D visual simulation analysis method based on OPM.
