How to improve force informatization which is the focus of attention and study in the development of Armed Police. In this paper, informatization construction of Armed Police Troops based on current situation, Focus on military field handling of emergencies exercise shortage of the way, for example, handling of emergencies exercise huge scale, scene single, dispatch complex. To force configuration optimization and simulation deduction technology as the research object, study on the 3D visualization of exercise process and force assignment of the armed police tactical handling of emergencies exercise. The main research work is as follows:1. A kind of disperse equipment effectiveness evaluation method based on G-AHP is put forward in this paper. First, it analyzes the mathematical modeling thought about force allocation optimization, describes the background of the proposed model; Secondly, it definitions related elements of model, to establish mathematical model of force allocation optimization and lead to the unknown parameters; Third, to solve the unknown parameters based on G-AHP.2. A solving method of linear programming and optimization assignment model based on GA-PSO are presented in this paper. Based on establishing the mathematical model of disposition optimization, first of all, according to the small scale handling of emergencies, it puts forward solving method based on linear programming, and case calculation, to contrast results about the distribution of forces and force distribution plan, verifying the rationality of the calculation results. Secondly, for the large-scale handling of emergencies forces distribution model of solution space complexity, optimization algorithm is proposed based on GA-PSO and case simulation, obtained the satisfactory results. Third, two groups algorithm. were compared and the experimental results were analysised. GA-PSO is compared with the standard PSO, the experimental results highlight the superiority of GA-PSO; According to different handling of emergencies background, compared to the linear programming and GA-PSO algorithm, analysis of the application of the advantages of the two methods under different circumstances.3. The handling of emergencies operations deduction of 3D visualization simulation is researched in this paper. Based on the 3D visualization technology, research on visual simulation of handling of emergencies operations deduction. First of all, the construction of 3D model library based on Creator; Secondly, achieving handling of emergencies operations deduction special effects based on particle system; Third, to design simulation framework base on the high level architecture and carry on the simulation object modeling. Fourth, it researches on the 3D visualization of handling of emergencies operations deduction driving method from three aspects: the rules of operation document input based on format text, the simulation time control based on high level architecture and the 3D visual simulation of real-time display based on GPU and data paging technology.4. The system of armed polices tactical unit handling of emergencies exercise simulation deduction is designed and implemented. Analysis of the system demand; From two aspects of hardware, software to design the system framework, described function structure, operation process in detail; The application of handling of emergencies operations deduction system to "WJ-XX" military exercises and system effect analysis, realize the main function of the prototype system.
