The legal system of artificial intelligence as an auxiliary tool used in the judicial practice can produce a series of positive effects,for example improving judicial efficiency?providing a reference for judicial trial,etc.The existing legal systems of artificial intelligence due to the limitation of various reasons,the intelligent degree of most of them is not enough.In the field of criminal justice,considering the complexity of the artificial intelligence to generate,most of the legal systems of artificial intelligence research have involved sentencing only,and not a conviction.This paper which intends to base on the principle of advanced artificial intelligence,by introducing the full information theory?theory of knowledge?the first kind of information transformation principle?the second kind of information transformation principle ?natural language processing?deep learning?reinforcement learning,referring to the successful case of AlphaGo,theoretically constructs the artificial intelligence model of conviction and sentencing,assisting criminal trials,in order to realize fairness and justice as much as possible.
