A Study Of Xi Jinping's Inner-party Supervision

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has pushed forward comprehensive and strict administration to the party,continuously explored scientific ways to strengthen inner-party supervision,enhanced the effectiveness of inner-party supervision,and,in the practical process of long-term inner-party supervision practice,put forward many new ideas of inner-party supervision.This paper,by using the method of literature research,makes a thorough study of Xi Jinping's inner-party supervision.Inner-party supervision is the supervision and urging of Party cadres at all levels by party organizations,specialized agencies and all party members,in accordance with the Party laws and regulations.It is characterized by the unity of subject and object,the unity of consciousness and compulsion,as well as the unity of the purpose and means of supervision.Xi Jinping's thought of inner-party supervision is developed in the practical process of Chinese social development,based on the long-term ruling experience of the Communist Party of China,and inherited,enriched and developed from the thought of inner-party supervision of Marx and Engels,Lenin and the past generations of Chinese leaders,also the response to the new changes in the current world situation,national situation and party situation.Through the study,Xi Jinping objectively analyzes the essence and inherent law of inner-party supervision,analyzes and investigates the inner-party supervision problems from the overall strategy,makes clear the key elements of inner-party supervision,such as the core and the object,perfects the inner-party supervision system,improves the inner-party supervision system,and realizes the systematization,theorization and scientificity of inner-party supervision.Xi Jinping's thought of inner-party supervision reflects the level and height of party governance in the new era,as well as the depth and breadth achieved by the construction of the ruling party,and it has important practical significance for the comprehensive and strict administration to the party,the promotion of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and the consolidation of the rulingposition of the party.
