Research On The Military Supplies Distribution Plan Selection For Training Exercises Tasks

Military training exercises are the most common and important militarization activities of our army forces in the non-war times.They are effective measures to improve the contingency and operational capability of troops and test the modernization effectiveness of military and national defense.They have become the core part of all military activities during the non-war period.In modern warfare,military supplies distribution is not just a simple security issue,but also a key to the success of the strategic decision in war situation.In non-war period,military supplies distribution is no longer an ordinary security work,but has become an integration military tasks for Military training exercises.According to the specific situation of non-wartime training exercises,how to develop a reasonable scientific and material distribution program for non-wartime training exercises is particularly important.In this dissertation,the selection of military supplies distribution plan for training exercises is studied.By studying on the selection of military supplies distribution plan for Military training exercises tasks can provide reasonable scientific and quantitative decision-making advices for non-wartime logistic support senior decision-makers.Moreover,it can support our military to face the future battle and master the initiative in the battlefield,as well as in higher standards,higher level to fulfill our military mission tasks brought by the new military reforms.The main content and innovations are given as follows:(1)The framework of the military supplies distribution plan selection research for military training exercises tasks is established.The characteristics of the military training exercises tasks were analyzed,and the supplies distribution plan and the supply chain structure of the material supply chain were defined,followed by the nature of the problem.As well as,a multi-attribute decision making problem was formulated and the training exercise task was divided into the routine exercise task and the dynamic exercise task.Based on this view,a creative research framework for solving problem was established.(2)A model for selecting military supplies distribution plan under routine exercise task was proposedIn the case of routine exercise training tasks,the task requirements are transformed into the impact on the evaluation scheme,and the influence link is the value evaluation model of the military supplies distribution plan,and the detailed explanation and calculation method of the value model structure and value criterion are given.The classic TOPSIS method(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)was employed and the combination weighting method was used to design the military supplies distribution plan selection algorithm for the routine exercise task.(3)A model for selecting military supplies distribution plan under dynamic exercise task was proposed.Based on the above military supplies distribution plan value model,the dynamic exercise demand is transformed into the uncertainty description of the evaluation attributes value.The interval number theory and the interval number comparison method are introduced.Considering the ambiguity of evaluation criteria in dynamic environment,an interval TOPSIS method with interval number theory is proposed to solve the problem in a dynamic environment,which furthers this study.
