Prisoners are a special group in society, and their aggressiveness is one of the key points of prison psychological correction. After being abused in childhood, the general individual suffers from emotional function and psychological cognition problems, which may lead to further adverse actions and lead to criminal acts or re-offences in prison. There is little research on the relationship between childhood abuse, alexithymia, criminal psychology and aggressive behavior of prisoners, thus this study focuses on the relationship between alexithymia and criminal psychology in childhood abuse and aggressive behavior. In this study.448 prison inmates were investigated with Childhood Abuse Questionnaire,Criminal Psychology Scale,Toronto Alexithymia Questionnaire and Aggressive Behavior Scale.(1)In addition to alexithymia, there are also significant differences in the types of crimes and the number of previous convictions. There are also significant differences in marital status and caregivers between child abuse and criminal mentality.(2)Childhood abuse, alexithymia and criminal mentality were significantly correlated with aggressive behavior.Childhood abuse was positively correlated with criminal mentality.Childhood abuse was only positively correlated with the dimension of alexithymia discemibility, while the other dimensions were not significantly correlated.(3)Childhood abuse can significantly positively predict aggressive behavior.Alexithymia and criminal mentality are important factors affecting offensive behavior of prisoners, and play a complete intermediary role between childhood abuse and aggressive behavior.
