In recent years,with the increasing pressure of economic downturn,multi-stakeholder economic crimes,such as Multi-level Marketing,illegal fund-raising,have erupted.Especially,Multi-level Marketing crime has become one of the most serious economic crimes in our country because it involves a large number of people,involves a wide range of areas,involves a huge amount of money,and is difficult to deal with.Although China has already banned all kinds of Multi-level Marketing illegal and criminal activities,and has taken high-pressure measures to combat it for many years,but little effect.Besides the dramatic changes in the economic environment,a small number of people's profit-seeking mentality is serious,the government considers reducing the scope of attack for the sake of maintaining stability and other factors,the main reason is that the laws and regulations of prohibiting Multi-level Marketing activities in China are relatively backward,and the relevant supporting laws and regulations are missing,so that the Multi-level Marketing organizations can make use of legal loopholes to change Multi-level Marketing activities.Unified mode,improved management mode,and"illegal" coat for illegal activities.This article takes the illegal and criminal activities of Multi-level Marketing in Fujian Province in recent years as the breakthrough point,summarizes the characteristics of the law,analyses the classical cases,analyses the existing problems,compares with foreign laws and regulations,and puts forward legal suggestions,trying to generalize them in order to provide reference for Party committees and governments in combating and preventing Multi-level Marketing illegal and criminal activities.
