With the increasingly severe situation of social aging,many policies have been issued at home and abroad to develop education for the aged,in order to cope with the social and economic pressures brought by the aging of the population.With the support of the Municipal Committee and the municipal government,the aged education in Nanchang has achieved good results in running schools,but there is still a gap compared with the policy objectives put forward by the central and provincial governments.In this paper,the implementation of education policy for the elderly in Nanchang is analyzed.,and puts forward some suggestions for reconstruction,which provides a theoretical basis for promoting the development of Nanchang aged education.This paper has six parts:The first part: Briefly introduce the purpose of this study,domestic and foreign research review and research methods and ideas.The second part: defines the content of this paper and expounds the theoretical basis of its application.The third part: It analyses the course of the implementation and development of the aged education policy in Nanchang,and makes clear the achievements of the implementation of the aged education policy in the aspects of system guarantee,school-running conditions and school-running scale.The fourth part: pointed out the four predicaments in the process of policy implementation.Smith's "Four-factor Theory" is used to analyze the reasons for the dilemma of the implementation of the aged education policy in Nanchang.The fifth part: Introduce the experience of policy implementation of the aged education in the United States,Britain,Japan and other countries and developed areas in China,as well as the reference value of their experience to the implementation of the aged education policy in Nanchang.The sixth part: Put forward the improvement strategy of the implementation of the policy of education for the aged in Nanchang.Through the above research and analysis,the author concludes that the implementation of the aged education policy in Nanchang needs to be improved in terms of policy,implementation efficiency,policy identification and implementation environment.In the future,the trend of social aging is accelerating.The central,provincial and municipal governments also pay more attention to the work of aged education.Fromthe perspective of future policy development environment,more policies for the development of aged education need to be studied.This paper studies the dilemma existing in the implementation of the aged education policy,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,it can better promote the development of regional geriatric education and enrich the theoretical content of the implementation of aged education policy.
