Investigation Report On She Dispute Of Mountain Forest Ownership In A County,Guizhou Province

With the progress of society and economic development,the value of forest resources is becoming more and more prominent,and the use of forest resources by humans is increasing.The dispute over Shanlinquanshu is becoming increasingly obvious.Shanlinquanshu dispute is mainly reflected in mountainous areas,forest areas,the continuous emergence of forest disputes and long delays,will not only affect forestry production and construction.The social contradictions arising from the exploitation and utilization of forest resources may also lead to the incidents of rural groups,which threaten the safety of rural villagers 'property and lives,and to a certain extent affect the social stability and unity of rural areas.Shanlinquanshu dispute has become a relatively high social issues of social attention,social circles to our country's Shanlinquan dispute analysis and commentary.Based on the theory of law,sociology and Ethnology,this paper makes a comprehensive study of forest tenure disputes in a county in Guizhou province by means of questionnaire survey and field interview based on a lot of literature and many field surveys.The first part includes the background,research significance,research scope,main content,time and research method of the thesis.By briefly expounding the background of the dispute over Linquanshu,this paper summarizes the main contents of the current research on the ownership system of mountains and forests.The second part introduces the basic status of Shanlinquanshu dispute in A county.The third part briefly describes the basic status of the settlement of Linquanshu dispute in County A.The fourth part,A county to solve the dispute of Linquanshu problems.The fifth part,on the basis of the above research,puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on improving the dispute mechanism of Linquanshu.Based on the background of the development of county situation and forestry in county A,this paper puts forward a comprehensive application of various methods and ways to resolve the disputes of Linquanshu,which can effectively prevent,reduce and promptly mediate the dispute of Linquanshu and promote social and economic development.
