A Study On The Investment Facilitation Of China Pilot Free Trade Zone

Investment Facilitation consists of a series of policy measures and activities,which are designed to make it easier for investors to establish,maintain and expand their investments in host countries.The connotation of the Investment Facilitation is consistent with China's foreign policy of continuing to attract Foreign Direct Investment.As the main initiator of the International Investment Facilitation issue,China has also been actively implemented relevant measures on Investment Facilitation in its country.It is of great practical significance for China's proposal on Investment Facilitation in the international arena.This paper refers to the existing Investment Facilitation texts published by various international organizations,evaluates and analyzes the current practice level of practical experience in exploring Investment Facilitation in China's Pilot Free Trade Zone,summarizes practical experience in exploring Investment Facilitation in various China's Pilot Free Trade Zone,and discusses the extension and replication of the Investment Facilitation experience in China's Pilot Free Trade Zone.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter discusses the origin of Investment Facilitation experience in China's Pilot Free Trade Zone.The first section discusses the establishment of China's Pilot Free Trade Zone and the definition of Investment Facilitation.The second section explores the legal system of Investment Facilitation in China's free trade zones,discusses the legislative framework and characteristics of the legal system of Investment Facilitation in China's Pilot Free Trade Zone,and briefly discusses the legislative model of Investment Facilitation in China's Pilot Free Trade Zone.The second chapter discusses the current development of Investment Facilitation in the four batches of China's Pilot Free Trade Zone The first section summarizes the three core characteristics of Investment Facilitation based on the interpretation and research results of Investment Facilitation from the international community,and sets the benchmark for the evaluation of the level of Investment Facilitation in China' sPilot Free Trade Zone.In the latter three sections,from theoretical to empirical aspects,it is expected to examine the level of Investment Facilitation in China's Pilot Free Trade Zone from the three aspects of"transparency","predictability and consistency"and"procedure simplification and efficiency improvement".The third chapter mainly discusses the development and improvement of Investment Facilitation in China's Pilot Free Trade Zone.The first section discusses the replication and promotion of China's Investment Facilitation system,hoping to form an interconnected Investment Facilitation mechanism within China's Pilot Free Trade Zone.The second section discusses the practice of Investment Facilitation in China's free trade area,which can verify China's proposition and commitment to the issue of Investment Facilitation in the international community.It'll provide ideas for China to propose Chinese models for Investment Facilitation,the reform measures on Investment Facilitation are hoped to be radiated to countries along the belt and road to facilitate China's foreign investment,By virtue of China's"One Belt and One Road"national strategy.
