With the tumbling of reform waves,The economy and society have moved to a new stage in China.At present,social organizations play an important role in social construction and social governance.In a certain sense,the development of social organizations has promoted the construction of political civilization in China.The values of autonomy,decentralization,democracy,equality,solidarity and mutual assistance reflected in the development of political civilization.In recent years,social organizations have actively participated in public welfare undertakings and improved their own governance systems,driven by central and local departments,and entered a new stage of development.At present,The social organizations are still scarce resources in China.Social organizations have problems in their own structure,functional orientation,political and social relations,and project operations.They still need further improvement and breakthrough.For the government,how to realize the benign interaction with social organizations,how to promote the reform of existing social organizations,and how to broaden the channels for social organizations to participate in government affairs has just been broken.As far as social organizations are concerned,how to improve their credibility,how to improve internal mechanisms,stimulate vitality,and how to establish a systematic social organization self-discipline system have not yet been fully resolved.These problems have become urgent issues facing the development of current social organizations.This paper explores the development of social organizations in China from the perspective of political civilization.The full text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter first summarizes the connotation,development and classification of social organizations in China.Secondly,it expounds the basic characteristics of public welfare,non-profit,non-governmental and voluntariness.Once again,the elements of social organization are sorted out.Social organizations generally consist of generalized behavioral norms,a certain number of fixed members,institutionalized organizational structures,and specific organizational goals.Finally,the general functions of social organizations are clarified,including functions such as integration,coordination,maintenance of interests,and achievement of goals.The second chapter focuses on the relationship between social organizations and the construction of political civilization in China.First of all,a definition of the basic connotation of political civilization was made.Secondly,it discusses that social organization is an important carrier of China's political civilization and the value of political civilization contained in social organizations.Finally,it clarifies the trend of political civilization reflected by social organizations and its role in the political process and the promotion of the reform of government institutions in China.The third chapter mainly analyzes various problems existing in the construction of social organizations,including social organizations is still scarce resources,defects in social organization structure,social organization and government relations,and social organization development itself.The fourth chapter discusses the main countermeasures for the development and management of social organizations in China.First of all,we must play the role of the government in the development and management of social organizations;secondly,strengthen the management and supervision of social organizations and their behavior;once again,we must improve the legal system of social organizations and their behavior;and finally establish a systematic social organization self-discipline system.
