Study On The Implementation Of Tax Preferential Policies For Smalland Micro Enterprises In The City Of Tongliao

Small and micro enterprises are important force in China in promoting national economic development,promoting market prosperity,stabilizing and expanding employment,as well as accelerating technological innovation.At the same time,small and micro enterprises are also the key areas and weak links that release the reform dividend and stimulate economic development.Supporting and encouraging the development of small and micro enterprises through tax incentives is an effective measure to promote steady economic recovery,improve employment issues and maintain social stability.Due to the influence of various factors such as the policy itself,the executive organ,the target group,and the policy environment,tax preferential policies appear to be biased during implementation.The article focuses on the problems and the way to solve the problems which existing in the implementation of the tax policies for small and micro enterprises in Tongliao,and will vigorously enhance the concept of the implementation of tax policies for small and micro enterprises in Tongliao.Firstly,the article describes the related concepts and theories.After the questionnaire survey,the problems in the implementation of tax incentives for small and micro enterprises in Tongliao are analyzed.Then the causes of the problems are analyzed,advanced experiences at home and abroad are learned,and the optimization suggestions for the implementation of tax incentives for small and micro enterprises are proposed.
