Research On The Development Of Rural Endowment Industry In Lin'an,Hangzhou

The rural pension industry is not an independent industry in the traditional sense.It is an emerging industry that meets the needs of such people as China's first middle class enters retirement and the aging population becomes more serious and the age structure of the population changes.The increase of urban endowment pressure and the highlight of rural endowment provide a broad space for development of rural old-age care industry in Lin'an.How to develop the rural old-age industry with Linan characteristics,and then meet the needs of the present stage of endowment,is an important realistic problem facing us.This paper firstly introduces the research object and the background and significance of the research.On the basis of literature review,it summarizes the current research trends of rural old-age care industry at home and abroad,and defines the core concepts of pension industry,rural pension industry and pension industry chain.The types of pension industry and pension model explain the theoretical basis of the development of rural pension industry and its guiding significance for this study.Under the guidance of the theory of aging economics,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,industrial economics theory and rural non-agricultural industry development theory,the rural old-age industry chain was systematically analyzed,and the rural pension industry chain structure framework was established.A theoretical guide to this study.Based on the analysis of historical statistics and field research data,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of rural old-age care industry in Lin'an,and reveals the problems existing in the development of rural pension industry in Lin'an,including inadequate pension infrastructure and lack of professional talents.The scale and system of the industry have not been formed,the input cost of the high-end pension industry is high,and the effective demand for the rural pension industry is insufficient.The scale and system of the industry have not been formed,the input cost of the high-end pension industry is high,and the effective demand for the rural pension industry is insufficient.Next,it analyzes the external environment of the rural old-age industry development in Lin'an,namely the natural geographical environment,policy environment,economic environment,cultural environment,technical environment and market demand.It also summarizes the experiences of several typical rural old-age industry development models at home and abroad.Finally,it provides the overall ideas and countermeasures for the development of rural old-age care industry in Lin'an: strengthen publicity and enhance brand influence;pay attention to infrastructure construction,improve supporting services;strengthen industrial management,improve professional level;accelerate industrial integration and meet diversification The needs of the elderly;the establishment of an elderly information service platform to promote the development of smart old-age industries;improve development policies and establish a diversified support system.
