| Under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an indispensable part of college education content.This paper reflects on the innovation and entrepreneurship education of political and law college students in China.The paper analyze the professional dilemma of political and law college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship,and combine professional features to discuss how to effectively cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of political and law college students Guided by the professionalism,practical spirit,innovative spirit and teamwork spirit.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is about the related aspects of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability of political and law students,including the definition of core concepts,the system construction of capacity,related theories and political and law college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship value analysis.The second part is about the analysis of the status quo of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability of political and law students,including the achievements of cultivation and the dilemma.The achievements in the cultivation of “innovation and entrepreneurship” ability of college students in politics and law mainly include: “innovation and entrepreneurship” attitude is positive,innovation consciousness is prominent,and “innovation and entrepreneurship” theory education promotes practice.The dilemmas faced by the “innovation and entrepreneurship” ability of college students in politics and law mainly include: motivational utilitarianism,inaccurate knowledge,innovative thinking is difficult to transform results,and collective ideas are weakened.The third part is about the reasons for the dilemma of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability of political and law students,mainly from five aspects: individual,family,school,society and government.The main reasons are: the individual “innovation and entrepreneurship” concept lags behind;the family support is not enough;the “innovation and entrepreneurship” education of the school encounters the bottleneck of the industry-university-research cooperation;the influence of the social impetuous atmosphere;the government is not perfect for the “innovation and entrepreneurship” public service platform.The fourth part is about the path of capacity cultivation.From the perspective of the four major cultivation abilities,this paper proposes to enhance professionalism,improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship;enhance practical ability,achieve knowledge and action;promote the transformation of innovative thinking results,constantly challenge themselves;strengthen teamwork and cultivate team responsibility.In short,political and law colleges should cultivate a group of qualified legal persons who are rigorous and dedicated,have a sense of unity,have the ability to act、constantly challenge、innovative thinking、sincere cooperation and team awareness.The cultivation of “innovation and entrepreneurship” ability requires the joint efforts of government,society,schools,families and individuals.College education must constantly keep pace with the times and develop and innovate in order to cultivate real talents that meet the needs of the times. |
