Research On The Impact Of The Policy Of Entrepreneurship And Innovation In Inner Mongolia On The Output Of College Students'Innovation And Entrepreneurship Activities

With the rapid progress of society,people's living standards and quality of life have been significantly improved.The development of intelligence has gradually reduced the number of jobs.However,the number of graduates has been increasing every year,and the pressure on work has become greater and greater.College students are the driving force for the rapid development of society in the era of knowledge economy.Government have issued a series of innovation,entrepreneurship policy of different types of innovation of college students entrepreneurship policy entrepreneurship output the incentive effect is different,so this needs the government,according to the needs of national construction and development,the choice of different policy appropriately,to maximize innovation of entrepreneurship policy effects.Therefore,the analysis of the incentive effect of different types of innovation and entrepreneurship policy combinations on college students' innovation and entrepreneurship activities has a strong practical significance for the formulation and implementation of China's government innovation and entrepreneurship policies,and plays a role in promoting China's university students' innovation and entrepreneurship activities.Taking Inner Mongolia as an example,this paper based on the theory of policy tools,double gen policy in Inner Mongolia can be divided into GongGeiXing policy,environmental policy and XuQiuXing policies these three kinds of combination,and analysis of college students under the effect of three kinds of policy combination output effect,through the questionnaire analysis,using the actual data of Inner Mongolia,build double gen policy impact on college students' innovative entrepreneurial activity of Inner Mongolia structural equation model,three kinds of policy combination for empirical research,further analysis in Inner Mongolia double gen policy implementation,policy optimization Suggestions are put forward based on the results.The research results can also provide a reference for the implementation and formulation of the policy of bilateral innovation in other regions.This paper is divided into five parts: first,the research background and the significance of the writing purpose,summarize the research content;Secondly,it defines the policy,activities and entrepreneurs of entrepreneurship and innovation,and expounds relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Thirdly,the paper expounds the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship policies and college students' innovation and entrepreneurship activities from the national and regional perspectives,laying afoundation for the following research.Fourth,the analysis of Inner Mongolia and policy factors influence on college students' innovative entrepreneurial activity and build theoretical framework,design a questionnaire,from GongGeiXing policy,XuQiuXing policy,environmental policy three dimensions in the subdivision of nine specific policies,structural equation model is established and the analysis of test results,reveals the double gen policy innovation in colleges and universities the influence degree of entrepreneurial activity of output;Fifth,based on the results of the above data and model test and analysis,the effects of different types of policies are sorted out and summarized,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the formulation and implementation of the policy of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.
