Research On Implementation Optimization Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Policy For College Students In Higher Vocational College

In recent years,Chinese government has promulgated many policies aimed at promoting innovation and entrepreneurship among college students,which have achieved remarkable results.However,at the same time,some problems have been exposed in the implementation or implementation process of policies in some higher vocational colleges,affecting the policy effect Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the optimization of innovation and entrepreneurship policies for college students in higher vocational and technical colleges This paper takes Lanzhou Petrochemical Vocational and Technical University as the research object,firstly analyzes the implementation status and results of innovation and entrepreneurship policies for college students.The main performance is that the university fully implements the relevant policies of innovation and entrepreneurship issued by the government,and continuously enrichis and strengthens the activities and effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students.Now a good atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship and a comprehensive organizational guarantee for innovation and entrepreneurship have been formed Secondly,it focuses on the problems exposed in the process of policy implementation and their causes,such as the defects in the education and training system,insufficient support for entrepreneurship services,deviation in implementation and other main reasons,including the school’s low degree of attention,implementation,organization,and so on Finally,in view of the problems in the process of policy implementation and their causes,suggestions for policy optimization are put forward,which mainly include improving the education and training system of innovation and entrepreneurship,updating the innovation and entrepreneurship concept,improving the innovation and entrepreneurship mechanism and optimizing the service construction of innovation and entrepreneurship platform.
