In April 2015,the Central Office and the General Office of the State Council published the "Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Public Security Prevention and Control System",clearly proposing to strengthen the social security control network,key industry security prevention and control network,township(street)The “five nets” construction of the village(community)public security prevention and control network,the internal security prevention and control network of government agencies and institutions,and the information network prevention and control network.This is an urgent need to cope with the complex and ever-changing social security situation and to improve the level of public security prevention and control.At the same time,in recent years,the Internet has fully radiated to all areas of the real society,extending to the various elements of the real society,subverting people's traditional way of life,changing people's behavior patterns,and spawning more and more emergencies and new types.Crime,which brings a comprehensive and deep-seated impact on the public security prevention and control system of the public security organs such as traditional concepts,inertial thinking,and inherent working modes.How to actively respond to the challenges,accurately grasp the changes in the social security situation under the background of "Internet +",and create a public security prevention and control system is a problem that public security work needs to consider and solve in the current and future period.The "Internet +" era public security organs' social security prevention and control faces the following challenges: First,the time and space separation and virtual exchange of the network pose new challenges to public security organs to crack down on illegal crimes;second,the multiplier effect of suddenness and spread of public opinion It poses new challenges to the rapid response of public security organs.Third,the transparency and expansion of network supervision poses new challenges to the strict regulation of public security by public security organs;this shows that the social security prevention and control system has gradually fallen behind the current information age.Can not promote better,guarantee current development and construction,need to integrate the "Internet +" concept into the existing social security prevention and control system,and expand the time and space of the three-dimensional social security prevention and control system,using information,network We will strengthen the public security prevention and control of public securityorgans and further optimize the social security prevention and control system.This paper investigates Chengdu's social security prevention and control system,finds out the problems of Chengdu's public security prevention and control system in the current Internet era and proposes solutions.
