The consumer's right to know is explicitly put forward in the form of statute law.In the law on the protection of consumer rights and interests,the proposal of legal right has its developing history and existing theoretical foundation and existence.However,the study of consumer's right to know in online shopping is not very detailed.From the perspective of law in China's online shopping,the protection of the right to know of consumers in-depth study,so that not only can make our understanding of the interests of consumers online shopping is more profound,but also can help people understand the future work and research direction.In the long course of development of our country,regardless of life and habits,are restricted by economic means,while walking to explore form a fixed pattern,"development constraints,first after the legislation has become inherent in our routine,even in the face of such a network of new things,still can not escape.Therefore,the current network shopping there are many problems,and what we should do is to constantly sum up problems,lessons,constantly improve the relevant legislation of our online shopping,through the whole system improvement,can let us feel at ease,can protect the rights and interests of consumers of online shopping.The existing laws of our country and based on the theory of protection by analyzing the deep shallow current network shopping groups in the online shopping process of the right to know,from the current situation,put forward the problem,analysis problem,finally the author puts forward his own suggestions.The author will explain these questions from four aspects: the first part is the introduction.The main current situation,China's online shopping related to the legal issues of research summarized,to find out our perspective,and found inadequate.The second part is an overview of online shopping.From the conception and status of the online shopping online shopping,special network shoppers and network shoppers right analysis,first described the concept of Internet shopping,and then use the data to analyze the current situation of the network shopping,after analysis of the premise of the rapid development of the Internet,online shopping has a special how,in concept,finally the importance of online shopping consumer's right to know the characteristics and protection analysis.The third part is the question of our country to protect online shopping consumers' right to know the information asymmetry in rights,short board obviously,the main responsibility is not clear,consumer rights consciousness,occupation moral low commodity sellers etc..The fourth part is to improve the online shopping consumer's right to know the relevant recommendations.Shopping online we do not judge,There are both advantages and disadvantages.,only for the subject of our study,study of the rule of law,finally draws the conclusion: fundamentally speaking,online shopping is the current social development and research staff and represent the general trend,the need to build our network shopping environment safe from the aspects of legislation and law enforcement,judicial and social concerns.In our country,the development of any thing can not be separated from the perfect legal system,and it is also inseparable from the effective operation of the relevant personnel.Our country compared with the developed countries have their own unique network development environment,complete copy sets of developed countries in the current law in legislation and other convenient cannot,but need to have its own national conditions,put forward more suitable in our country use the localization,legal system of online shopping China.And in the great environment of Chinese society,we need to further strengthen the publicity of ethical culture,strengthen the integrity of online shopping,make shoppers feel at ease,and create a safe online shopping environment.
