Analysis On The Present Situation Of The Implementation Of Judge's Post System

Through the analysis of the concept,characteristics and functions of the judge's post system,we can find that the implementation of the Judge post system is in line with the basic national conditions of our country,and the reform of the Judge Post system is helpful to improve the quality of trial and judicial credibility of our country,and has positive significance for realizing the professionalization,elitism and specialization of the judges.In the early stage of the reform and implementation,due to the impact of the relevant supporting system has not been followed up,China's administrative management model is deeply rooted,the existing personnel need to gradually digest,the evaluation mechanism to guide the adverse,and so on,there have been such problems as the efficiency of the trial and the quality of the trial,the brain drain.This article will,through the combination of their own work experience,multi-angle,deep analysis of the causes of the problem,and with appropriate reference to the rule of law in developed countries in the management system of judges on the basis of advanced experience,and from the flexible determination of the proportion of posts,the standardization of post selection procedures,the establishment of multi-level litigation procedures,Supporting the implementation of the advanced mechanism of Judge Assistant level and the mechanism of judge's disciplinary withdrawal,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the further improvement of judge's post system.Through an in-depth study of the current situation of the judges ' post system in the early stages of reform,it will help to enhance everyone's confidence in the reform,facilitate the timely resolution of the problem,and thus clear the way for the smooth progress of reform.
