Contractor Claim Research On International Construction Project

Today's Chinese strength is different from the past,The current macro-environment is very favorable for China.In the early stage of the " outbound" strategy,Chinese enterprises' business ability and position in the international arena were upgraded,They have accumulated considerable valuable experiences.At the same time,we must also objectively realize that--there is still a certain gap between our overseas project management and similar international enterprises,especially in the international project contract claim management.At present,the international project is in the rapid development stage.Therefore,under " outbound" policy,we did this research paper in order to sum up the experience of overseas contract risk management and follow the practicability--according to the requirements of high-quality development.This paper attempts to discuss and study the international advanced rules and systems,which will bring real precious value to the prevention and control of the risk of institutional innovation in our country's overseas engineering enterprises.We adopted qualitative analysis methodology case study methed.With the case study of Kuala Lumpur Metro Project,we concretely analyzed the problems encountered by the contractor in the international project with the FDIC model.Finally,we found that our enterprise will sum up the failure experience in the international engineering project and learn the lessons to avoid the failure again.They have to make use of the successful experience and the benefit to create the success again,really to achieve the theory guiding the practice and let the practice in turn perfect the theory.For the avoidance of risk,relative firms must take the relevant methods to take the initiative to face the risk.They will also use the existing theory and practical experience to manage the risk.We will turn the risk into opportunity,and create benefits for us.
