International Project Management Model And Its Application Research

Along with the internationalization, modernization characteristics of the engineering project, the engineering project management model appeared many varieties immediately. According to the analysis to manage model of current international engineering project, tallying up the best international engineering project management model, and combining its application in fulfillment, is main purpose of this thesis.In this thesis, the first works is to define the concept of international engineering project and international engineering project management model. The next in order, the thesis do an analysis of current international engineering project management models from the basic concept, the model construction, and in the aspects of merit and shortcoming in the application, etc. the last, the thesis tallies up an international engineering project management mode ofhaving the big advantage, and suiting the state of the nation-PMC model. Atthe same time, the thesis uses an individual case to study application of this model.
