A Study Of The Cultivation Of Citizens' Political Culture Under The Guidance Of Marxism

The arrival of the new era means that our country has made remarkable achievements in many aspects such as economy,politics,society,culture,and ecology.While it is important to stabilize the economic base,at the same time,we cannot ignore the role of the superstructure in the development of the country and society.As human beings grow,healthy bones and thinking souls need to exist at the same time,which helps the realization of personal values.The development of the country and social progress also need to support the "bone" and "soul" of its growth.Therefore,culture is increasingly occupying an important position.This is determined by the country's basic national conditions and the conditions of its actual development.The development of socialism with Chinese characteristics cannot be separated from the software of culture.Similarly,the development of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics is also inseparable from political culture,especially the excavation of civil political culture.In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,civil political culture has been presented in different ways at different stages of development.However,the overall trend is to make progress in twists and turns and seek development in the course of progress.In the context of the new era,we have explored the favorable conditions for the growth of citizens' political culture and fully utilized the opportunities brought about by social development.The cultivation of citizens' political culture has its theoretical and practical significance.Studying it can not only fill the vacancy of theoretical research,but also have guiding significance for the development of reality,and it also has a positive effect on the progress of individual citizens and society and has important influence.Chinese and Western scholars have different theoretical perspectives on the political culture of citizens,whether they focus on issues or look into the perspective.Some scholars have carried out analysis on the basis of existing research and found that they have inherited traditional Chinese political culture and learned from some Western studies on civic culture.According to the theoretical trajectory,through the sorting and sorting of related data,the characteristics and performances presented in the development of the political culture of citizens culture of citizens towards a more democratic,rule of law,and open society,we must have a foothold in the present and look far ahead.We must unswervingly and consistently adhere to the guidance of Marxism,uphold the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party,and inherit and promote the essence of China's outstanding traditional political culture.Actively promote democracy and the rule of law,education system innovation,political system reform and socialist market economic system development.Good things should be adhered to,and deficiencies need to be improved.At present,the problems existing in the process of cultivating citizens' political culture can be attributed to three points: traditional concepts and modern consciousness are intertwined,positive attitudes and negative attitudes coexist,and the idea of the rule of law is in conflict with the concept of human emotions.The reason for this problem is that the economic foundation of the political culture of the citizens is not sufficient,the institutional guarantee in the development process is not perfect,and the existing cultural environment is not stable enough.Based on the current situation,based on the existing theoretical basis,the "offensive" practice and exploration are emphasized.The incubating mechanism of innovative citizens' political culture,such as education,law,propaganda and evaluation,etc.;the form of innovative political socialization;the scientific rational use of legal thinking;and the creation of a good social atmosphere,will be further explored.The attention and cultivation of citizens' political culture in the new period not only helps the improvement of citizens' individual political quality,but also more importantly reflects the major changes at the national level.The direction of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics will not change,and it will firmly follow the correct path.It will only take a new level to realize the realization of the Chinese dream,the establishment of a new type of democracy,and the persistence of cultural self-confidence and self-consciousness.
