Research On Carrying Out Marriage Law In Guangxi In The Early Days Of New China

In order to enhance people's sense of identity of socialist regime,establish the new socialist morality in the whole society,get rid of the feudal marriage customs.China promulgated the first Dafa in the early days of the founding of new China,namely,"Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China".At that time,Guangxi feudal marriage bad habits prevail.In order to get rid of feudal marriage system and establish a new democratic marriage system,Guangxi under the leadership of the party under the new "marriage law" launched a publicity and implementation.Including the understanding of the central policy,training cadres and the masses to enjoy the publicity and so on.In order to better implement the new "Marriage Law",the CPC Central Committee decided to carry out "Implement Marriage Law Month".Guangxi followed the call of the central authorities,through the establishment of leading bodies,training cadres,the establishment of pilot and other preparatory work.This activity was officially launched in March 1953 and achieved remarkable results and experience.The implementation of marriage law and the renewal of people's thought is a gradual process,the process of continuous interaction and conflict between law and custom.Therefore,we should seek a balance between the two sides in the game of conflict between custom and law.
