Research On The Propaganda Network Construction In Guangxi(1949-1953)

The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to propaganda.After the founding of New China,the CPC needs to continue to strengthen the nascent people's power through publicity and education for all the people,enhance the implementation of policy guidelines and then realize the complete establishment of the socialist system.In the 1950,the Northeast region took the lead in starting the pilot work of the propaganda network,which achieved very remarkable results.In 1951,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China formally established a nationwide propaganda network.In the early days of the founding of New China,the propaganda network system,as a preliminary attempt to institutionalize and socialize the propaganda work of the CPC,played a very important role in consolidating the nascent people's power and strengthening the close ties between the party and the people.As a newly liberated area,Guangxi started late the construction of propaganda network.Under the leadership of Guangxi provincial party committee,party organizations at all levels actively promoted the continuous development of propaganda network,carried out various types of propaganda work,spread Marxist theory,publicized the party's line,principles and policies.At the same time,the broad masses of the people have spontaneously set up various forms of propaganda organizations to actively promote the vigorous development of Guangxi's propaganda work together with the party's propaganda network.This paper takes the propaganda network of Guangxi Province in the early period of New China(1949-1953)as the research object.By combing the relevant historical materials,this paper tries to restore the main process of Guangxi propaganda network construction,provides valuable historical experience for the development of propaganda work at the present stage.Firstly,this paper probes into the theoretical origin of the propaganda work of the Communist Party of China,combs the practical experience of the early exploration and propaganda work of the Communist Party of China.Secondly,this paper deeply analyzes the urgent need of Guangxi propaganda network construction in the early stage of the founding of New China,discusses the inevitability of building propaganda network.Furthermore,this paper discusses the establishment process of Guangxi propaganda Network,deeply analyzes the party's propaganda network and non-party propaganda network,introduces the main contents of propaganda network in detail,outlines the basic appearance of Guangxi propaganda network construction.Finally,this paper expounds the positive role of Guangxi propaganda network construction in the early days of New China and summarizes its main limitations.
