The Study On The Supervision Of Party Committee In Heping District Of Shenyang City

With China's entry into the new normal state,the Party and state leaders have also put forward a comprehensive and well-off society in an all-round way,comprehensively deepen reform,comprehensively administer the country according to law,and strictly push the Party's strategic layout and push forward the socialist construction.The objective environment has been formed,the strategic layout has also been clear,how to the new normal objective environment to achieve the efficient implementation of the Party and the country's strategic layout,this is a complex large system,in this system,the Party committee supervision work plays a guiding role,coordinated implementation of the important role.In the Party committee supervision system,the grassroots Party committee supervision work is "forward position",because the success or failure of macro-strategy is often determined by the micro-operation,in terms of governance,this micro-operation level is mainly reflected in the grass-roots work.Comrade Xi Jinping,general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,has repeatedly stressed that "governing the country depends on practical action" clearly states that "the implementation of policies is a test of our determination and confidence in our work and a test of our ability to govern and leadership." It can be seen that improving the effectiveness of the Party committee's supervision work is one of the important links to ensure the Party's major decision-making arrangements.In this new form of politics and economy,it is of great value and significance to explore the related research of the Party committee's supervision work.In this context,the purpose of this paper is to provide the corresponding theoretical reference for the Party committee supervision and research,and provide feasible suggestions for the Party committee's supervision and practice.This paper analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the investigation of the Party committees in Shenyang Heping District by means of literature analysis and empirical analysis,and further designs the corresponding countermeasures for these practical problems.It is concluded that there are four problems in the active,systematic,scientific and operational aspects of the supervision work of the Party Committee of Heping District of Shenyang City,the main reason for these problems comes from the ideological understanding is not in place,the authority is not strong,the system construction follow-up,team building is not in place four aspects.In view of this situation,this article from six aspects designed to improve the countermeasures,these six aspects are to improve the ideological understanding,optimize processes,strengthen the authority,improve the system,innovative methods,strengthen the team.It is hoped that through the discussion of this paper,we can provide some reference and feasibility suggestion for the research and application of related theories.
