Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Zhuhai City Party Committee Supervision

Since the reform and opening up,it has become a top priority and urgent task for the Party Committees at all levels to strengthen supervision and inspection work and ensure that decision-makings and deployments fallen into place.In particular,on April 27 th 2017,the CPC Central Committee issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the Party's Supervision and Inspection work under the New Situation",which is of great significance to enhance the Party's leading level and ruling ability continuously,advocate practical working,implement severely,maintain the Central Government decrees firmly,execute orders and proclaim prohibitions in the whole Party.Supervision and inspection is not only an effective method for leaders to carry out management,but also the important means and ways to ensure implementation of all policy decisions.The duties of the Party Committee supervision and inspection work are to guarantee the enforcement of significant conferences deployments,leaders' comments and assignment tasks,and to organize major issues supervision,which covers all aspects of construction and development.At present,the task of local Party Committees supervision and inspection work are becoming heavier,more difficult and demanding.In general,there are many problems,such as ideological deficiency,single working method and insufficient results application.What's more,the Municipal Party Committee supervision and inspection departments play an important role as the connecting link.As a result,it is critical and urgent to strengthen and improve the supervision and inspection work of the Party Committee that adapted to the requirements of new situation.This paper chooses Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee supervision and inspection work as the object of analysis research.Through the application of the relevant theories and research methods of the Administrative Management and Public Policy,the adaptable research basis were extracted.The paper discusses the problems existing in supervision and inspection work from Zhuhai typical cases,and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of excellent system mode at home and abroad.Finally,the train of thought and direction to develop the supervision and inspection work in Zhuhai and other local Party Committees all over the country were formed.
