Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of L County Party Committee And Supervision Work

Party supervision work is one of the important methods of leadership in China, and it is also an important means to ensure the smooth implementation of Party committees at all levels. County Party committee,as the core of the political leadership in its region, is the the combination of the party’s line, principles, policies and their practice, but also a key to implement. Party committee’s supervision departments play an important role in ensuring stability and promoting development. However, some problems of the party and government organs in decision-making implementation reduce the credibility of the party committees and governments. Therefore, how to improve the effectiveness of party supervision work is an important issue and urgent task for the party committees at all levels.Based on the above thinking, this paper uses literature review, empirical research, and observation, according to the domestic and foreign advanced supervision work theory and method,and the supervision work situation, puts forward countermeasure to improve L county party’s supervision work. In detail, this paper analyzes the present situation of L county Party committee and its supervision work, in order to find the gap between the practice and its requirements, and then points out the problems existing in the process,and analyzes the causes of these problems. At last, according to the theory and method of the advanced supervision, the ways and measures to improve the effectiveness of Party committee’s supervision work are discussed.I hope that countermeasures and suggestions discussed in this paper to strengthen and improve the county party committee’s supervision work would have certain instructive effect on L county and other counties.
