Research On Legislation And Law Enforcement Of Community Correction

By referring to the practical experience of foreign countries,the legislation and law enforcement of community correction in China have been explored from the original pilot to today's comprehensive popularization,and the practice has also made great progress and improvement.From this we can see that community correction,as a symbol of social progress,also meets and conforms to China's current actual situation,and will inevitably gain enough space for development in China.Up to now,community correction has been developing in China for more than ten years,but compared with the early developed countries,the gap is still not small.This paper studies the legislation and law enforcement of community correction in China.By comparing the definition,legal characteristics and historical evolution of community correction at home and abroad,and on this basis,according to the current situation of community correction legislation and law enforcement in China,the lag and scope of application of community correction legislation in China are pointed out.Narrow,weak law enforcement,imperfect supervision system and many other issues,put forward to improve the legal system,expand the scope of application,strengthen the main force,improve the supervision mechanism and other corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
