Research On Government Supervision Problems And Countermeasures Of Dandong Microfinance Company

The microfinance company is an innovative financial form which makes full use of social idle funds to support local economic development and to revitalize the needs of local economic development in order to adapt to the " three rural" and the funding needs of SMES.In order to ensure the healthy operation of microfinance companies,the state began to implement supervision measures on microfinance companies.In view of the current situation of supervision in microfinance companies,it is incompatible with the development speed of the microfinance.At present,there are many problems existing in government regulatory policies,systems,and regulatory tools.At the beginning,the government carried out the pilot work of microfinance companies,which original intention was to provide a nationwide development model for the promotion of microfinance companies.So far,there is no accepted development model for microfinance companies.Therefore,on the one hand,the research and exploration of the issues related to government regulation of microfinance companies can provide guidance and reference for the development of microfinance companies,on the other hand,On the other hand,it can also solve the problem of “three rural” and the financing difficulties of the small and micro enterprises.This paper takes Dandong microfinance company as the research object,under the guidance of the public interest theory,studies and discusses the supervision problems of microfinance companies from the perspective of government supervision by the use of literature research method and experience reference method.Firstly,the thesis describes the current situation of government supervision of Dandong microfinance companies in detail,and analyzes the problems of government supervision and the causes of the problems.In terms of the existing problems,this paper mainly studies from the aspects of supervision and management rules of microfinance companies,the establishment of preliminary examinations,the grading indicators and weights of annual review,the supervision power,and the coordination of supervision forces.The reasons for the above problems are mainly analyzed from the aspects of legislation,risk warning mechanism construction,supervisory personnel incentives and theoretical research on microfinance.Secondly,the paper takes the abroad cities including Bangladesh,Indonesia and Bolivia,and the domestic cities including Chongqing,Shenzhen and Wenzhou as examples,describes the practical experience of government supervision and analyzes the enlightenment.Thirdly,in view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the specific supervision strategy of microfinance companies based on the practical experience of foreign and domestic microfinance companies.The fundamental purpose of the research on the government regulation of microfinance companies is to provide a relatively systematic and operational regulatory scheme,which can not only provide reference and guidance for the government supervision of microfinance companies,but can also promote the development of the supervision in domestic microfinance companies.
