With the development of society and economy,the society has formed the differentiation of multiple patterns and structures,and the diversified demands of the main interests make the new problems and new ideas emerge in an endless stream,bringing pressure to social development.As the most basic part of the city,the interests contradiction and the operation mode of the community are closely linked with the development of the whole community.The level of citizen participation is closely related to the level of a country's democratic political development,Starting from the community level,we should promote the pace of citizen participation,Under the guidance of the government,citizens participate in the practice of community governance in an orderly way.Citizens are no longer passively accepted management,but have the right to express their own interests,Having the ability to influence the results of community public affairs,In the benign interaction between citizens and society,it also promotes the development of community governance.The community of Hefei city based on the perspective of Baohe,and selected the province's first street level community as the research object,this paper attempts to probe into the innovation of citizen participation in community governance in this community,Through questionnaire survey and analysis,the path defects and internal and external predicaments of citizen participation in community governance are concluded,The reasons for the problems are analyzed and corresponding countenneasures are given,First,through the cultivation of civic awareness of participation and enhance the level of citizen participation,regulate citizen participation;Second,to promote and implement the practical activities of citizen participation by changing the governing concept of the grass-roots managers;Third,to enhance citizens'right to speak through strengthening citizen's organized participation;Fourth,by strengthening the response of the Internet media to strengthen citizens' confidence in participation;Fifth,through the implementation of existing laws and regulations,and refinement of the relevant laws and regulations to protect the legitimate rights of citizens to participate.
