Research On The Problem Of Residents’ Participation In Urban Community Governance

The idea of urban community governance is put forward in the form of the current social transformation.With the collective ownership and the reform of the organizational system in the past,the issue of community governance began to emerge gradually.It is now among the various domestic cities under construction,The important political content of people’s livelihood at the grassroots level is also one of the problems that must be solved in building a harmonious society.Community governance advocates non-unitary management.Therefore,it requires the participation of most residents in the community in the process of community governance.Otherwise,the effect of community treatment will be greatly affected.Although the theory of community governance has been put into operation for more than ten years,the dominant mode of governance is still government intervention.The development and maintenance of most of Jinan’s communities still need financial support and local policies.However,the more serious problem is that the present residents in Jinan have a serious lack of participation in community governance.They not only lag behind in their understanding,but also fall far short of the standards of community governance in terms of participation and participation.Although in the information era,with the deepening of new media and communication methods,the participation of residents has been gradually improved,but compared with the developed concept of community governance in foreign countries,community governance in Jinan is still in its infancy,Improve the level of.This paper studies the residents’ participation in the community governance deeply,points out the problems existing in the current community residents’ participation in the community governance,analyzes the reasons and puts forward the countermeasures and ideas,hoping to provide reference and reference for the residents’ participation in the community governance.This article takes the community participation and governance of the community as the research object,deeply studies the status quo of the residents’ participation in the community in Jinan City,points out the problems existing in the present situation of the residents’ participation in the community in Jinan,deeply analyzes the causes of the problems and learns from other cities’ Experience,put forward to strengthen and improve the residents of Jinan community participation in the concrete measures and direction.At last,some suggestions are put forward,including improving the participation awareness and participation ability of community residents,improving the community participationmechanism and improving the legal system of residents’ participation.I hope that through this study,we can help community committees to identify their own position so that community residents can clearly understand their own rights and obligations so that government-related organizations can reposition their role in community governance so as to promote the development of urban communities in Jinan,Promote social harmony.
