The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has brought difficulties to in-tellectual property protection in this field.Through the combing of the cross-border e-commerce intellectual property protection rules system between China and the United States,the completeness of the current rules system is examined from the perspectives of China's legislation,international treaties,US legislation and cross-border e-com-merce platform rules.Set the ills in the legal system.In addition,the current dispute resolution system,including traditional judicial channels and alternative dispute reso-lution methods,cannot cater to the characteristics of cross-border e-commerce and meet the needs of intellectual property protection.Faced with such shortcomings,in the improvement of the cross-border e-com-merce intellectual property protection rules system,we can improve China's legal sys-tem by signing special international treaties,create a cross-border e-commerce credit information system,and reform the cross-border e-commerce platform rules.To pro-mote the establishment of cross-border e-commerce industry associations and other means to implement.In the dispute settlement method,we should pay attention to the application of the online dispute resolution mechanism,and give the government coor-dination functions and incorporate mandatory dispute resolution methods such as coun-ter-reports.
