Internal Governance Structure Of Chinese Large-Scale Law Firms And Its Corporate Institution Choice

Today,most of the top law firms in China have a large scale of development.The status quo of large-scale law firms has caused the internal governance of law firms to encounter institutional bottlenecks in development.In order to achieve a better development of large-scale law firms,this thesis aims to discuss the internal governance structure of large-scale law firms and their corresponding institutional choices.Firstly,the article discusses the internal governance structure of the law firm from a macro perspective,establishing the related concepts,connotations and meaning values of the internal governance structure of law firms.Secondly,according to the concept mentioned,this paper analyzes the historical evolution of the internal governance structure of Chinese law firms,exploring the connection between the internal governance structure of different law firms and the corresponding legal systems,concluding that the two elements are connected.Through the research,the internal governance structure of large-scale law firms in China can be divided mainly into three types.In common,they have a corporate development trend.Therefore,based on the combination of corporatization trends,combining with the constraints of the internal governance of the current law firm,this paper proposes the corporate institution of the internal governance structure of the scaled law firm and discusses the corporate institution elements.And this article analyzes and demonstrates the corporate institution elements from the aspects of theory and practical experience.Meanwhile,it puts forward proposals for the improvement of the current legal provisions on the internal corporate structure of the large-scale law firm.The final part of the paper is the conclusion,which is a summary of the full text and a vision for the future.
