| 2019 is the fortieth anniversary of the restoration of the lawyer system in China.The lawyer industry has made great progress and phased achievements in constantly adapting to the development of social economy.The active degree of lawyers in the process of legal services increases the risk of practice.As a law firm that differentiates the risk of legal services,its own anti risk ability and development status become an important problem faced by the lawyer industry.Therefore,the large-scale development of law firms has become the focus of the lawyer industry.Based on the research of Shaanxi Sai Gao law firm,this paper compares the scale development path of law firms at home and abroad,and puts forward three problems to realize the scale development combined with the actual situation of China.First of all,in the development of large-scale law firms to reduce the risk of practice.In order to reduce the practice risk of law firms,we should change the way of responsibility bearing of law firms,and change the unlimited liability of partners into limited liability.That is to say,according to the law of the People's Republic of China,we should change the partnership of Shaanxi Sai Gao law firm into a special partnership law firm.Secondly,miscellaneous management in large-scale development.In order to solve the management problem of law firm and make the lawyer get rid of the administrative affairs management and focus on the legal business management,this paper puts forward that law firm entrusts professional management service company to carry out the company integrated operation management on the administrative business of law firm.Finally,the core competitiveness and vision of large-scale development.In order to enhance the core competitiveness of law firms and set up a realistic vision,the paper proposes to improve the current plans of law firms and suggests that partners set up a new vision.Focusing on global layout,specialized division of labor,brand building,team cooperation and integrated operation,the core business of law firms should be built,and the business development in related extension fields of legal multidimensional should be focused.Finally Realize large-scale development.This paper takes one belt,one road of Shaanxi Sai Gao,as the research object,and takes the large-scale development as the research goal,and provides theoretical support for the improvement and implementation of the strategic management of the small and medium-sized law firms.It provides a reference for the partnership law firms to benefit from the regional management and explore the development of the scale strategy. |
