Case Study On Improving The Satisfaction Of Facility Of Community Home-based Aged Services

At present,China's population aging problem is aggravating,family structure is becoming smaller and smaller,which leads to the weakening of family pension service function.Home-based pension is the most suitable form of pension.However,there are some problems such as long waiting time for daily care,fewer entertainment facilities for the elderly,lack of professional elderly service supplies,and difficult to eat in the elderly community,which lead to the low satisfaction of the service object to convenience Therefore,in order to improve the convenience satisfaction of community home-based pension services,it is urgent to introduce professional social work services.Through case studies,we can not only study the status quo of community home-based pension services,especially the low satisfaction of home-based pension services and its causes,but also provide feasible solutions and constructive suggestions to improve the level of home-based pension services in the context of the current aging population,so that the elderly can get more convenient community home-based pension services and enhance them.The quality of life and happiness in his later yearsTaking A community in Hangzhou as an example,this paper makes a data analysis on the performance and causes of the low satisfaction degree of the community's home-based pension services by means of community field survey and questionnaire survey.At the same time,the author takes Grandma Wang,an elderly person who is relatively representative in A community,as an example,using professional methods of social work to provide case services for her.In the whole case service process,in view of Granny Wang's low satisfaction with the convenience of community home-based pension services,professional social work skills and methods are provided to help her solve the problem of insuff-icient convenience encountered in home-based pension,and improve the quality of life and happiness of the case owners.In addition,on the basis of the whole case work,this paper puts forward some measures and Countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of convenience of community home-based pension service,so as to improve the convenience level of home-based pension service in a wider scope,and to provide reference for better solving the pension problem.
