Analysis On The Involvement Of Social Work In Community Home Care Service

At present,the aging trend of our country is increasingly serious,which brings great challenges to our country's pension industry.The production and life style of the market economy society brings a huge impact to the traditional family pension.The population migration,urbanization and the transformation from large family to small mobile family weaken the family pension function and make it difficult to meet the current pension demand.Therefore,it is urgent to develop pension services suitable for today's society.There are two main sources of financial support for pension services: families and the government.As the main body of social security,the supply capacity of the government is limited,and China's current economic strength is not enough to provide a higher level of social security system."Care for the elderly" is not only a problem of The Times,but also an immediate problem that everyone faces or will face.In this case,the development of community home care is imperative.Social work service institutions play a unique role in the supply of community home care services due to their own characteristics.Gradually began to assume the role of a third party in the government procurement services.This paper will take the participation of social work service institutions in community home-based old-age care services as the analysis topic,and study how to improve the capacity of social work institution old-age care services,to meet the needs of the elderly home-based old-age care countermeasures and Suggestions.In this study,the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and field survey were adopted to study the elderly in Y community,the staff of the elderly care service center and the permanent residents of the community.By analyzing the specific service contents,social work services,and the current situation and needs of the elderly in Y community pension service center,the study found that the community pension service center has many problems,such as single service contents,lack of professional skills of the staff,lack of supervision and evaluation system,and insufficient exploitation and utilization of community resources.Guided by the theory of community care and the theory of social support network,this study attempts to explore the mechanism of social work involvement in community home-based care services from the perspective of existing problems and deficiencies of home-based care services.On this basis,the author from the talent team construction,improve the service supervision and evaluation system,mobilize social forces,the integration of all resources,promoted social endowment propaganda work cognitive aspects of sustainable development of the community home endowment service provide positive Suggestions,encourage community geriatric social work service towards scientific and professional direction.
