Research On Social Work Participation In Community Home Care Service In Exhausted Cites

China has stepped into an aging society.It is urgent to solve the pension problem.community service for home care of elderly is a new pension model what can meet the multilevel needs of old people.As the second resource-exhausted cities and the third batch of central financial support to carry out the reform of home and community pension service pilot areas,the study of community home pension is more representative.This paper takes the Xisai mountain area of Huangshi city as an example,mainly adopts the interview method and the observation method to understand the current situation of the social work participating in the community home pension service,and finds that the area has the problems of single service content,lack of professional service organization,poor supervision and evaluation mechanism,insufficient professional nature of social work organization and so on.The measures put forward to solve the problems existing in the community home-based old-age care services in the Xisai Mountains area are as follows: The government has stepped up its support efforts,encouraged social capital to enter and develop the old-age care market,promoted the professional development of community home-based old-age care service institutions,established and improved the evaluation and supervision mechanism to give full play to the role of social work in the community home-based old-age care services.It is hoped that the research can promote the development of the community home-based old-age care service in the western mountains,and also provide reference for the development of the community home-based old-age care service in other resource-exhausted cities,so as to enhance the well-being of the elderly,improve the residents’ life well-being and promote the harmonious development of the society.
