Food safety,which has been mentioned at various levels,is also a matter of concern to the people.How to ensure food safety is not only the focus of the enterprise's own development,but also the focus of research by government departments.Therefore,it is of great significance to study safe food and safe food.It is also very beneficial to the country and the people to increase food safety supervision.This article mainly takes the safety production of small and medium-sized food processing enterprises in a city as an example,introduces the government control theory into the food safety issue,and conducts a theoretical study on the government control of food safety issues.This leads to the views and theories of food processing enterprises and county-level governments on the safety supervision of small and medium-sized food processing enterprises,and organizes and summarizes them.Taking the safety production of small and medium-sized food processing enterprises in a city as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation,characteristics and existing problems of the food industry from the industrial system and environment of a city to analyze the root causes of the problems.It is deduced that there are problems,deep reasons and improvement measures in the supervision of safe production in food industry.Technically,it is a large number of considerations for collecting industrial and food industry data,icons,and data analysis.It is then presented through graphics,tables,etc.,and described and interpreted in text.Through the analysis of the food industry enterprises in a certain city as a case,the shortcomings and reasons in the supervision process of the enterprises and the government are obtained.Finally,the solutions are put forward,and the previous cases are analyzed.The conclusion is that in the enterprise measures,The first is to introduce the "points system" to strengthen the quality management of enterprises,and from the investigation of local enterprises to carry out feasibility studies and conclusions;The second is to use technical means,that is,to establish a product quality two-dimensional code retrospective management system,analyze its feasibility from the aspects of market,development,system cost and effect,and draw conclusions.The government's regulatory measures put forward "big data" innovative regulatory means.These three measures have not yet been carried out in local governments,but from the perspective of future development trends and feasibility,it is feasible to study.
