Research On The Construction Of Terrorist Crime Prevention And Control System In "The Belt And Road" Countries

The "The Belt and Road" initiative is a global strategic model focused on economic development proposed by China in the context of globalization.However,terrorism has been one of the major challenges in the current "The Belt and Road" initiative.The crime of terrorism is characterized by its potential,destructiveness and extensive damage.Therefore,both China and countries along the "The Belt and Road" line and even countries around the world are deeply affected by terrorism.We need to focus on our efforts to build a terrorist control system,in order to provide a safe and stable social environment for China's "The Belt and Road" construction and development,and vigorously crack down on terrorist forces.Firstly,this paper clearly points out the connotation of the "The Belt and Road" initiative and its influence on China's current anti-terrorism work.Secondly,in view of the new characteristics of terrorism under the current "The Belt and Road" background and the existing problems in China's anti-terrorism,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing anti-terrorism prevention and control system are analyzed,and the gap between the terrorism threat and the existing system is deeply discussed.Finally,according to the above problems,it is proposed to construct the anti-terrorism prevention and control system under the new situation.It is mainly from the three aspects of rule of law,strategy and society to continuously improve the construction of the rule of law,strengthen the international counter-terrorism police cooperation,and promote the development of various social mechanisms,so as to better promote the "The Belt and Road" initiative to all parts of the world.The establishment of the "The Belt and Road" anti-terrorism prevention and control system is in line with the current development background of globalization and the ultimate goal of the "The Belt and Road" to realize we will achieve the goal of rapid economic development,mutual political cooperation and frequent cultural exchanges.It is not only a new measure of China's anti-terrorism work,but also the first step to completely eradicate terrorism in the world.
