As a special social group,people with disabilities can truly integrate into society and be fully developed.It is an important aspect that can not be ignored in building a harmonious society.Today,in the era of national fitness,how to promote the development of sports for the disabled has also become the focus of attention.Marx’s theory of all-round development provides theoretical support for the mass sports of the disabled.Judging from the construction of a socialist harmonious society and its development requirements,the all-round development of people not only refers to the comprehensive development of a healthy person,but also includes the comprehensive development of disabled people.They are the groups that need the most help and care.For the disabled,physical and physical rehabilitation can be achieved through physical education,so that the disabled can return to society,integrate into society,and realize the overall development and self-worth of the individual.This is also the highest level of rehabilitation.This paper intends to use Marx’s theory of all-round development as a perspective,using literature analysis,interdisciplinary research,social survey,case study,interviews and other methods to explain the development of sports for the disabled,and analyze the current situation and problems of the development of sports for the disabled.And the reasons for the slow development of sports for the disabled.The main research intention of this paper is to arouse the attention of all aspects of society,awaken the fitness awareness of disabled people,find out the measures,methods and influencing factors to solve the problems of sports for the disabled,and promote the development of sports for the disabled.This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the development of sports for the disabled people from the theoretical level and social practice.The main problems are the imperfect institutional mechanisms,inadequate policy measures,serious lack of funds for activities,poor organizational management,and lack of sports instructors for disabled people.Problems such as poor publicity.Secondly,it analyzes the factors affecting the development of sports for the disabled people from two aspects: internal self-cognition,physical restraint,lack of fitness awareness,self-economic status and education level.In addition,this paper mainly conducts a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and research on the disabled people in Liaocheng City,focusing on the current situation of Liaocheng mass sports,institutional mechanisms,social cognition,community,family,personal and other problems.Its impact.The last part mainly elaborates the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of the disabled people’s sports from the aspects of theoretical guidance,the party and the government,the community,the family and the disabled themselves,that is,taking the Marx’s comprehensive development theory as the guide and comprehensively and deeply studying the disabled people.Sports theory;establish and improve institutional mechanisms,increase government attention,improve policies and regulations,increase financial allocations,broaden funding sources,improve the barrier-free facilities for public sports for the disabled,improve the social security system and organizational management mechanism for disabled persons;To guide disabled people to build confidence and self-improvement,establish disabled family organizations,and promote the development of disabled people themselves.Under the efforts of all sectors of society,we will jointly promote the development of sports for the disabled and accelerate the development of a harmonious society.
