A Study On The Mechanism Of Migratory Familiy Farm Formation From The Perspective Of Transaction Cost Theory

How to promote land transfer and develop large-scale operation in the context of "separation of powers" to better adapt to the new type of human-land relationship formed by rural areas in China at present,and to realize the goal of rural revitalization at an early stage is a hot topic of common concern.To a certain extent,the professionalization of farmers in different places has answered the question of who is going to plant land in China's agriculture at this stage.Based on the investigation of the history of village planting and the existing management practices of mobile family farms,this paper sorts out the formation process of M-village migratory family farms,and analyzes the dynamic mechanism of migratory family farm development from the perspective of transaction cost theory.This paper examines in detail the land transfer,production and storage and sales practices of migratory family farms.In terms of land transfer,the oral contract model of land transfer on a quarterly basis is one of the important characteristics of M village migratory family farms,which can maximize the degree.Saving production costs;in terms of production workers,the promotion of mechanization has gradually changed the sources and methods of migrant household farm workers.The flow of labor is ultimately based on the flow of land,and the flow of labor follows the flow of land;In terms of the M-village's migratory family farms,the business model from planting to storage is implemented,and storage as a migratory family farm laid the foundation for market dominance in the sales segment.This paper argues that the optimal land transfer model based on economic rationality and the localization of the labor market together constitute the endogenous driving force of the mobile family farm;the establishment of the production system in the village and the sales network based on the relationship network together constitute the exogenous driving force for the development of migratory family farms.This paper finds that while changing the production mode of traditional new agricultural management entities,the migratory family farms also changed the traditionalland transfer form and realized the transition from direct transfer of farmers' rights to partial transfer of farmers' rights and interests.The migratory family farm provides a new way of thinking for the transformation of China's agriculture.
