College students are the main body of employment in China's labor market and the core component of national talents.The continuous expansion of higher education and the severity of the employment environment make it more and more difficult for college students to find jobs.The difficulty of seeking employment has become the first problem that bothers college students,which has aroused the great attention of our government and society.and college graduates are in a complex,multidimensional social network,their job search is inevitably affected by various social networks.Based on the social network theory,social capital theory,job search theory and self-loss theory,this study discusses the influence of the relationship between social network scale and social network on the job search results of college students,and analyzes the intermediary effect of social network construction behavior and internet job search behavior.First of all,find the relevant literature to raise questions,then comb and review the basic theory and literature about social network and job search,in order to fully understand its connotation and internal logical relationship,on this basis,put forward the research hypothesis and basic theoretical model of this paper;Secondly,according to the proposed model to design the questionnaire,issue the questionnaire and recover;use SPSS22.0,AMOS22.0 to analyze and process the collected data to verify the hypothesis proposed in the previous paper;Finally,according to the conclusion of the empirical research,this paper puts forward some suggestions and enlightenment about college graduates' job search,and puts forward the deficiency of this paper and the future research direction.Through the empirical study of questionnaire recovery data,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The scale of social network and the joint strength of social network have positive effect on the network construction behavior of college students.(2)The scale of social network has a negative effect on the Internet job search behavior of college students,and the associated Strength of social network is not significant to the Internet behavior of college students;(3)Network construction behavior and internet job search behavior have positive effects on the number of interviews and the number of offer for college students.(4)The associated strength of social networks indirectly affects the number of interviews and the number of offer students obtained in job search through network construction behavior.The conclusion of the study has important theoretical value for correctly understanding the "dark Side" of social network in college students ' jobsearch,and provides theoretical guidance for effective social network.
