The reform of h omestead is an important part of the“three reforms”of the rural land system. The influencing factors of the rural homestead exit are one of the main directions of the practice and theoretical research of the homestead system reform. With the deepening of urbanization construction and rural revitalization, the study of the exit of the homestead in the context of urban-rural integration has significant theoretical and practical significance. In the past, the research on the influencing factors of the exit of the homestead mainly analyzed the economic factors of farmers with whole or high proportion of agricultural incomes. However, the analysis of the urban migrant workers was relatively insufficient, and the research on the emotional factors was lacking. This paper chooses emotional factors as the research focus, and uses spatial attachment theory as the core perspective to construct a SEM,which includes four subliminal variables:place attachment, social integration, family characteristics and property rights cognition. An empirical analysis of the factors of willingness,to conduct an empirical analysis of possible influencing factors. The results show that the emotional factors represented by place attachment have a negative impact on the willingness of urban migrant workers to withdraw their homesteads, while the degree of social integration of migrant workers in urban areas is positively related to their willingness to withdraw from their homesteads.Meanwhile, social integration's positive effects of the exit of the homestead is not enough to offset the negative effects brought about by the place attachment;but it has a certain weakening effect.Furthermore, place attachment has a mediating effect which makes property rights perception have an indirect impact on the willingness to withdraw. Finally,in terms of non-affective factors, there is a negative correlation between the age of migrant workers and their willingness to withdraw.Relationships, while years of education and family income levels can positively influence the willingness to withdraw.Based on the above con clusions, the research finally puts forward the following suggestions:First,we should pay more attention to the role of affective factors in the process of exiting the homestead;second,we must take effective measures to improve the social integration level of migrant workers, and construct a two-way interactive mechanism for the exit of the homestead and urban integration. The third is to build a diversified homestead exit compensation model.
