Evaluation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Rural Residential Environment In Feicheng City

In the 40 years of reform and opening up,under the leadership of the party and the state,China’s socialist construction has made amazing achievements.With the continuous development of the economy and the improvement of the rural economy,the problem of rural human settlements construction has attracted more and more attention.The situation of rural living environment directly affects the production and life of farmers,which directly affects the production and management,quality of life and happiness index of the peasants,and thus affects social harmony and stability.Under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way,improving the rural living environment is not only an urgent need of the broad masses of peasants,but also an important measure for China to realize its rural revitalization strategy.This paper mainly uses field survey and statistical analysis methods to construct and evaluate the rural human settlements environment system in Feicheng City.Based on the questionnaire survey data,the rural human settlements environment in Feicheng City is analyzed and evaluated from the township and village levels,and the problems are solved.Propose corresponding improvement measures.The main findings are:(1)Analyze the current situation of rural human settlements construction in Feicheng City.The overall construction of rural human settlements in Feicheng City is in good condition,rural infrastructure construction is relatively complete,public services are relatively sound,ecological environment is good,and social economy and village management construction are also improved.(2)Based on the principal component analysis method,the rural residential environment construction in 14 townships of Feicheng City was evaluated.According to the evaluation results,the rural human settlement environment construction level in Feicheng City was divided into four levels: excellent,good,general and poor.The evaluation results were analyzed in depth.(3)Using the comprehensive index method,the rural living environment of 605 villages in Feicheng City was evaluated.According to the evaluation results,there were 4 grades,including 49 villages with excellent living conditions and 227 villages with good living conditions.There are 298 villages with a typical living environment and 31 villages with poor living conditions.(4)Based on the analysis and evaluation of the current situation of rural human settlements in Feicheng City,the following improvement measures are proposed: aiming at regional differences,adhering to local conditions and precise policies;reducing overall regional development,reducing regional imbalances;protecting ecological environment and promoting sustainable development;Introduce and upgrade the level of infrastructure;change the concept of villagers,and voluntarily build.This paper is oriented to the rural revitalization strategy,analyzes and evaluates the rural residential environment construction in Feicheng City,and proposes countermeasures based on the current situation.The research results can be used for the targeted and stratified measures of the Feicheng City,to further improve the rural living environment,and to provide comprehensive reference for the rural revitalization strategy.
