A Study On The CPC's Organizational Structure Adjustment In The Early Days Of New China

The organizational structure is an important carrier and platform for the political activities of political parties.If political organizations want to maintain their vitality at all times,they must adjust their organizational structure in time to adapt to the changes in the environment.The Communist Party of China has always adopted the Marxist-Leninist theory of party building after its establishment.The party organizational structure has been adjusted several times.In the Early Days of New China,the CPC is facing a series of opportunities and challenges to transform into the only legitimate ruling party in full power.In order to fulfill the task of modernization of the New China,the CPC has made timely and focused adjustments to its organizational structure.It provides an important organizational guarantee for leading the people to carry out economic recovery,socialist transformation and socialist industrialization.This has had a major impact on the development of party organizations in the future.In the new era,we have embarked on a great journey to realize socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.There are also many contradictions and challenges in this journey.Therefore,only through the systematic analysis and summary of the party organizational structure adjustment in the Early Days of New China can we provide a great impetus for further promoting the development and improvement of the party organization in the new era.This paper attempts to analyze the reasons and adjustment measures of the organizational structure adjustment of the CPC in the Early Days of New China from the perspective of organizational structure theory,in order to learn from these experience and lessons,and to provide inspiration for strengthening the party's overall leadership.First of all,from the perspective of histological theory,this paper defines the related concepts such as the organizational structure.Then it analyzes conditions for the organizational structure adjustment of the CPC in the Early Days of New China,namely,theoretical basis,historical basis and realistic basis.On this basis,it points out the inevitability of the CPC's organizational structure adjustment in the Early Days of New China..Secondly,this paper discusses the main measures for the CPC's organizational structure adjustment in the Early Days of New China,including adjusting the party organizations,standardizing and perfecting the organization system,and controlling party members'development and education strictly.Then,the paper analyzes the influences of the CPC's organizational structure adjustment in the Early Days of New China.Through the adjustment of this organizational structure,the party's ruling ability has been greatly enhanced,laying a certain foundation for socialist modernization,but due to its insufficient ruling experience and complicated international environment,there has also been the phenomenon of party administration and bureaucracy,which has had a bad influence on the long-term development of the party.However,on the whole,it was a satisfactory answer to the task of "taking the exam".Finally,through the previous summary of the experience of party organizational structure adjustment in the Early Days of New China,this paper puts forward some important inspirations for the development of party organization in the new era.
