Research On The Status Of Legal Rights Protection Ability Of Degree Applicants

In recent years,the issue of the rights protection of degree applicants has been paid more and more attention,and the case of Yanru Yu won Peking University is a good example.and degree applicants are still the vulnerable groups of rights protection,their own control of the lack of resources,protection attitude is not firm and other reasons,resulting in a lack of their ability to defend their rights.Based on the understanding of the response and measures of degree applicants in the event of rights infringement,this study analyzes the current situation of the legal rights of degree applicants,analyzes the reasons for the current situation,and according to the analysis of classic cases,draws the corresponding enlightenment.According to the conclusion,the corresponding measures are put forward to help the promotion of the legal rights and interests of degree applicants in China,so that the degree applicants can use the legal means to solve the dispute of degree award in the first time when their rights are infringed,so as to help the degree appli cants to solve the problem more effi cie nt ly and quickl y.Through the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,this study analyzes and studies the present situation of the rights protection ability of the degree applicants themselves,and concludes that the cultural tradition of not challenging the power is deeply ingrained in the minds of the degree applicants,and the rights consciousness of the degree applicants is not widely aroused,and the education of school and social legal rights is seldom Students themselves do not correct the intention of legal rights protection,laws and regulations have not been sound,students themselves have insufficient resources for the protection of Rights,the school corresponding to the absence of degree protection agencies,so that the protection of degree applicants have no door,defenders themselves have insufficient resources.This study thinks that we should improve the rights protection ability of degree applicants from three aspects.From the defenders themselves,we should arouse the consciousness of rights,raise the awareness of legal rights protection of degree applicants,clarify the characteristics of rights,and correct the legal rights and intentions of degree applicants,etc.,from the school point of view,we should establish the degree relief system,the school to improve the relevant relief system,provide the system guarantee for the degree rights protection of the school Strengthen the supervision and management of the degree relief system,strengthen the rule of law education and publicity in schools,set up educational law courses,set up regular rule of law education topreach classrooms,lectures,and increase the publicity of the rule of law in school education;The government should strengthen law enforcement and judicial supervision,improve the authority of law and the relevant regulations of the State to improve degree We will combine the teaching of the rule of law with the teaching of virtue,speed up the formulation of laws and regulations,make the handling of degree disputes legal,speed up the construction of the rule of law,and comprehensively promote the administration of the To promote the comprehensive administration of teaching according to law is also an initiative to benefit students,in the event of degree infringement,degree applicants can actively seek rights under the mature rule of law management system,so as to provide protection in the external environment,can let the defenders of the legal rights to protect the use of the tool handy.
