| In recent years, the phenomenon of non-institutional protection of rights appear in the society, such as giving up the protection of rights, malicious protection of rights and extreme protection of rights. If we ignore the phenomenon, that would not only affect social stability, but also cause national division and make the damage of harmonious society. Therefore, we must improve peasant-workers'quality to reach the purpose of legal protection peasant-workers'rights in addition to improve the peasant-workers'protection system to protect the peasant-workers'rights. Improving peasant-workers'quality need to foster their consciousness of legal protection of rights. Firstly, we must carry on the ideological and political education to make the peasant-workers have a profound understanding of the country policy and the political ideal, and have the correct localization of the social and self value. Secondly, we must carry on the education about the legal knowledge to make them have abundant legal consciousness and knowledge. They can depend on the law when their lawful rights are infringed. Giving more attention to the special groups among peasant-workers is very important to construct the socialist protection system of peasant-workers rights. Strengthening the education function of trade union organization and making the leading function of the trade union organization into the education function at the right moment is a task to bring into play the utility of the Chinese trade union organization and to speed up the reform of political system. Anyhow, strengthening the protection consciousness of peasant-workers'rights constructing protection mechanism of their legal rights and promoting the legitimate protection of peasant-workers'rights are important links to accelerate the reform of socialist political system, to promote the system of socialist market economy and ensure development of socialist harmonious and stable society.
