Study On The Masses Express Appeals Concerning Matters Affecting Their Interests In The Sight Of Need For A Better Life

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the people's better life needs to grow,the scope of needs is constantly expanding,the content is constantly enriched,and the level is constantly improving.In the process of modernization,national governance must respond to the needs of the people's better life needs,and the expression of interest appeals is one of the important aspects.However,at this stage,the interest appeals expression of people in our country still faces many problems and challenges.In addition,the changes of need have made the situation of people's interests appeal increasingly complex.How to correctly respond to the people's interest appeals,managing the interests of the masses democratically is the focus of attention.Through the use of literature research,historical analysis,systematic analysis and other methods,this paper is based on Marxist needs theory,political system theory,political communication theory,by analyzing the inner relationship between people's better life needs and the interest appeals expression of people,then analyzing the main factors,intermediate factors and object factors that affect the interest appeals expression of people,and constructing the process type of interest appeals expression of people;the problems and challenges faced by the masses' interests appeals expression in the sight of need for a better life are further discussed,and thinking that in the whole process,the interests appeals expression intention of the subject is still not high,the expression ability is insufficient,the expression behavior is out of order,the channel of institutional interest appeals is inefficient,the channel of non-institutional interest appeal is universal,the level of governmental information publicity is low,and the governmental is not good at listening and insufficiently responding to the masses' interests appeals expression.Therefore,it is still necessary to improve the expression system of the entire interest appeals from these three aspects,enhancing the expression willingness,expression ability and political efficacy of the subject in order to improve the level of the masses' interests appeals expression,improving the effectiveness of institutional interests appeals expression channels,giving full play to the role of social organizations in the process of expressing,and improving the channels of "Internet +" channels for interests appeals expression,so as to improve the overall channel construction of interests appeals expression,and toestablish an effective political communication mechanism and giving full play to the deliberative democracy,establishing a scientific and effective government response mechanism and establishing a stable protection mechanism for building a sound government response mechanism.Therefore,we will establish a balance mechanism of interest appeals that meets the needs of all aspects for people's better life and build a mechanism for expressing the interests appeals of the people in line with the needs of the people's better life,providing ideas and references for the need of national governance to respond to the people's better life.
