Research On The Distribution Justice In The View Of Marx Community

This paper attempts to re-examine the issue of distribution justice from the perspective of Marxist community,try to discuss the issue of distributional justice separately from the"false community",the stage of socialism and the"real community"to provide a theoretical basis for the distributive justice with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper consists of six parts.The first chapter is,which emphatically expounds the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,main contents and innovations.The second chapter explains the theoretical connotation of related concepts,first explains the basic connotation of Marxist community and then analyzes the concept of distributive justice.The third chapter discusses the distributive injustice in"False community",analyzes the material premise in"False community",summarizes the distributive relationship in"social community with private ownership as the main body,"and then evaluates contemporary liberal distributive justice view,On the issue of individual rights and Marx's distributive justice comparative analysis.The fourth chapter discusses the distributive justice in the socialist stage,analyzes the material premise of Marxism to the stage of socialism,summarizes the distributive relationship of the socialist stage,and then evaluates the pluralistic distributive justice view of the communism.On the issue of community,Contrastism The fifth chapter abandons the distributive justice under the"true community"'first discards the material premise of"true community",and then analyzes the principle of distribution on demand.In the new era of integrating socialism with Chinese characteristics,Chapter Six emphasizes that the distribution of justice in the new era is the basic need of people's lives and emphasizes the emphasis placed on coordination among individuals in respect of rights and sharing development in the new era.
