Everyone has a day of aging,and they need to consider the issue of old-age care in their old age in advance,and make arrangements for this.Endowment is not only a key issue that people pay attention to,but also a major problem in the real society.At the present stage,China's population is ageing and demographers predict that by 2030 China's population aged 60 or over will account for about 24%of the country's total population,while the proportion of the elderly in major cities such as Shanghai,Beijing and Guangzhou will be even higher.It is expected to exceed 35%,and the aging trend is increasing.Besides,the social security system is not perfect and the traditional family pension function is weakened.The existence of these problems lead to the increasing burden of the family and society.The implementation of the housing old-age model can not only stimulate consumption and promote economic gro.wth;And it can make up for the inadequacy of the existing old-age pension,increase the retirement income of the elderly,and reduce the old-age pension burden of the government and children.The so-called pension for the house is that the elderly will realize the realization of the house in advance by renting,selling,mortgage,etc,and form a fixed income to protect the life of the later years.This model is especially applicable to"house rich people,cash poor people",and proposes a new solution to the reinforcement of the increasingly scarce pension resources and alleviate the aging crisis.We can divide this article into six parts.Among them,the first chapter is mainly about the research background,and the significance of research.and sorts out the literature on home-based care at home and abroad,so that people have a comprehensive grasp of housing and old-age care;the second part discusses in detail Based on the connotation and attributes of housing pension,this paper proposes the theory of housing pension as the theoretical support for the following;the third part selects four domestic pilot cities for housing pensions—Nanjing,Shanghai,Beijing and Hangzhou,to elaborate on their housing pension.The status quo of the development;the fourth part is the focus of the full text,mainly from the traditional concepts,government responsibility,policy and law,finance and real estate,analyzes the real dilemmas and risk factors faced by China in implementing the housing pension business;It is also the key chapter of the article.It introduces the western developed countries' practice model of housing pension,and summarizes its successful experience on the basis of this,which provides important reference and guidance for the development of this business in China.The sixth part starts from the reality of China and tries to find The mechanism and countermeasures to solve the predicament of housing for the elderly in China.
